Meet Sandy
Sandy is the assistant sitting on top of the directory. You tell her what you need and where you are, in plain words, and she comes back with the businesses that do it.
She only knows the businesses inside the directory. That is the whole point of being listed — if you are not in it, Sandy cannot send anyone to you.
